Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the pick-up and delivery services ("Service") offered by Wiise Digitize ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
1. Service Description
1.1. Range of Service: This service provides customers with the option to request the pick-up and delivery of items as described on our website. This pickup and delivery service of Wiise Digitize is limited to a range of 100 miles from Peoria, Illinois. Pickup and drop-off locations that are within 30 miles of Peoria, Illinois are subject to free pickup and delivery services. Customers that fall within 30 miles will still be required to pay the service fee for the transfer service, but will not pay mileage fees.
1.2. Third Party Processors: Wiise Digitize may use independent contractors or third-party service providers to schedule, process, and fulfill pick-up and delivery requests and payments for this service.
2. Orders and Scheduling
2.1. You may place orders for pick-up and delivery through the dedicated link provided. Additionally, you may contact Wiise Digitize via email at support@wiisedigitize.com for any required additional communication.
2.2. You are responsible for providing accurate pick-up and delivery details, including addresses and contact information.
2.3. Wiise Digitize reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion. Customers will be notified and informed of the justification.
3. Service Fees and Payment Terms
3.1. Service fees, including pick-up, delivery and travel charges, will be displayed on our website and may vary based on factors such as distance, weight, and delivery speed. Wiise Digitize reserves the right to make changes to the pricing of any items or services provided at any time. Pricing adjustments take effect at 12:00 AM the following day once changes are made to this terms and conditions agreement and pricing information provided on the website.
3.2 Agreement to Pricing Terms: Wiise Digitize collects payment for services via invoicing. By using the services of Wiise Digitize you agree that you will pay your invoice for our services at the rates outlined on the customer’s quote estimate. This quoted estimate is not a guaranteed final price for the services. Depending on the material and content of the customer’s actual order, the price may show an increase or decrease in value from what was listed on the quote form.
Should a customer provide a piece of media less than 5 minutes in length, his will be converted for free by Wiise Digitize. This is limited to 5 pieces of media per order. If more than 5 pieces of media which have a duration shorter than 5 minutes are submitted, the 6th media piece and onward will be charged at the normal price.
For pickup and drop-off locations that are between 31 and 100 miles away from Peoria, Illinois, customers agree to pay the following for mileage travel fees:
Mileage Fee: $0.67 (sixty seven cents) per mile
Mileage fees apply to both the commute for pickup and drop-off.
3.3 Additional Media Formats for purchase: Modern forms of media are available for purchase. These formats will also appear on the invoice. The following rates apply for modern forms of media:
Flash Drive / Thumb Drive Copies: Varies depending on quantity of customer’s order.
CD Copies: $3.50 for every 2 hours of the customer’s media.
DVD copies: $3.50 for every 2 hours of the customer’s media.
A minimum of 1 disk is used per tape submitted. If a piece of media exceeds 2 hours in length, then you will receive a disk labeled “Part 1” and “Part 2” of that media piece.
3.4 Promotions and Discounts: Wiise Digitize may offer promotions via the form of a code word that is to be used at checkout. If a promotion or discount code is used, this will be reflected via the invoice.
3.5 Payment Due Dates: You agree that you will provide payment of the invoice for our services within 14 days of receiving your copy of the invoice.
3.6 Satisfaction Guarantee: Wiise Digitize offers a full refund of payment should the customer find their experience to be inadequate. A refund can be requested within 14 days of the customer receiving their invoice. Refunds can be expected to return to customers in 5 - 15 business days, however Wiise Digitize is not responsible for any further delay in refunding money to customers.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment for the Service may be made through the payment methods provided on our website.
4.2 Wiise Digitize reserves the right to use third party payment processors to collect payment.
5. Pick-Up and Delivery
5.1. We will make reasonable efforts to pick up and deliver items within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, we do not guarantee specific pickup or delivery times.
5.2. You are responsible for ensuring that items are ready for pick-up at the scheduled time and that the recipient is available to accept the delivery.
5.3 At the written request of the customer, Wiise Digitize may drop off the customer’s media at a location of the customer’s choice. By doing so, the customer understands and agrees that Wiise Digitize cannot and will not be held liable or accountable should the media be stolen or lost following the return of the customer’s items in their absence.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. Wiise Digitize will exercise reasonable care in handling and transporting items. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss of items during transit, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6.2 No Warranty: We provide our services on an "as is" basis without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no representations or warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or availability of our services.
6.3 Consequential Damages: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
6.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific services provided.
6.5 We utilize external third parties in order to conduct our business such as: website hosting providers, payment processors, and cloud sharing services. By using our services you provide Us consent to utilize these external services in order to provide our services to you. You agree to release us from any liability as a result of doing business within these third party services.
7. Cancellations
7.1. You may cancel pickup or drop-off appointments by providing notification via email to support@wiisedigitize.com within 48 hours of the agreed scheduled time.
8. User Conduct
8.1. You agree not to use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
8.2. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Service or the networks connected to it.
9. Termination
9.1. Termination by Customer: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to us following the placement of an order. Any fees paid for services rendered prior to the termination shall be non-refundable.
9.2. Termination by Service Provider: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and suspend or terminate our services to you for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms and conditions, violation of intellectual property rights, or unlawful use of our services.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1. We reserve the right to update and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Illinois.

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use our Service.
