How Long Does It Take?
On average, it takes approximately 3 - 4 weeks to return your media.
You will receive email updates throughout the process to let you know the status of your photos, videos, and audio!
Will My Personal Belongings Be Safe?
Absolutely! Unlike other services, we do not use mail-in or shipping to transfer your memories. Once you fill out an order form, you can choose a pickup date that works best for you and we will personally pick up your media from an address of your choice!
Do I get my original memories back?
Of course!!! We will send all your original media back along with any additional media that you ordered from us such as DVDs, Flashdrives, CDs, etc.
